Brown Paper Packages Tied Up With String...*

A package arrived for me today and it was so pretty that I didn't want to unwrap it, so I left it on the bench for a while and admired it everytime I walked by.  After a few hours, I decided to carefully cut down the side so everthing stayed in tack.  I knew what was inside, but I didn't know that there was something else with it.  Something amazing and special.

  

This is the packaging.  You can see where I cut it down the left side.  Isn't it pretty.

This is the original painting that I bought.  It's called Breaking Down and it's by Pretty Little Thieves.  I had a really bad day the other week and I felt a real connection to this painting.  It just felt like it was me and it somehow made me feel better.  

And this was the amazing gift that was inside.  It's an original illustration drawn just for me. This is such a beautiful gift and I love it sooo much.  It made me all teary when I saw it.  Thank you Nancy.  I am overwhelmed by your kindness.   xxox
