Ava loves going in GoMA and has spent the last few days asking to "go art gallery shops" and to "sit down," which means that she wants to go into GoMA and watch the Deborah Kelly animation again.  So, yesterday we drove in just so Ava could watch it.  She was so happy.  I didn't get to see any more of the Contempary Australia: Women exhibition and that's okay, as my intention was just for Ava to watch the animation.  I have no idea why she loves it, but she does and I love that.
We also went into the Art Gallery Store to buy some books and as soon as we saw these by Herve Tullet, I knew they were coming home with us.  They are just amazing and I love them as much as the girls.  They haven't stopped playing with them and I had to wait until they were asleep to photograph them.
 The Game of Mix-up Art
The Game of Mix and Match
The Game of Patterns
There is also a couple more in the set, so I think we will have to go back on the weekend to buy them.

Love Herve Tullet! Do you have the book "Press Here"? It is wonderful- so simple, but my girls are captivated by it. I definitely recommend it xx
No, we don't have it. I had never heard of him before and I saw his web site this morning and now I'm slightly obsessed. I'll have to go find "Press Here." Thank you. x
