I miss this little blog and I've decided to commit some more time to it.  I think I need to redo the header and make things a little more colourful.  I'd also like to try and post things that are hopefully a little more interesting, if not just pretty to look at.
In other news, Piper had her first day at Kindy a couple of weeks ago.  She was going on Monday, but we had to swap it to a Friday.  I'm pretty sure she won't mind, as a boy in the Monday class threw a block at her face and hurt her nose.  This isn't the reason why we swapped, (we actually swapped because she has speech therapy on Monday) but I am hoping Friday's class isn't as rough. 
I've also started to knit this blanket for Felix and I'm hoping that I will finish it before Winter is over.  Fingers crossed. 
 Speaking of which, here he is doing what he does the best... Sleep.  xx

I'll miss your header, I've always liked it! It actually inspired my old header. I'm sure you'll come up with something simple & brilliant!

Can I ask where you purchased those skeins of wool? I have made one of the baby blankets you linked too before and it didn't take too long.

Hi Peta. Thank you for your kind words. We like to think he's a bit cute. I bought the wool from The Purl Bee (www.purlbee.com) and its beautiful. They have sooo many colours. It's also such an easy blanket to knit, although some how I keep dropping stitches. I hope this helps and it's lovely to meet you. Love Hannah x
