nud red cord black fitting
Our home is too small.  It's really tiny and has become even smaller since Felix came along.  The girls each have their own room, while Felix sleeps with us.  The poor little guy doesn't even have a wardrobe or a drawer.  His clothes live on a shelf in my cupboard where my shoes are suppose to go.  So we have finally taken the plunge and are embarking on a journey to build something like this.  It won't be as big as that, but it will be open with lots of glass and storage and room to move and breathe.  There will no longer be books stacked on the floor, or prams living in the already tiny hallway.  We will have a huge dining table that has no computer on it (ours currently lives on the dining table) and everything will have a place.

So, while Ash is constantly sending me emails about different paints and wall textures and telling me that he needs my list of appliances and tiles by the end of July, all I can think about are things like the Puppy by Eero Aarnio for Magis or the Nud lights which I would love for the kitchen.

And we couldn't have a garden without pink flamingos, but first I really need to find somewhere for us to live and maybe work on that appliance list.  xx

Very exciting! And stressful at the same time! Good luck with it all, choosing all the stuff is the best bit I reckon! We built our house almost 8 years ago when we were just kids! I'd love to change a heap of it! Mainly the kitchen! I keep telling Joel we'll have a 10 year renovation - he just looks at me in fear! Haha! xx
