Our old desktop computer has been slowly slipping into retirement mode and it finally stopped working a few weeks ago.  The second last post took two hours to upload, so I decided to quit blogging for a little while.  We have only just bought a new computer, so it should make blogging a little easier and more fun. Anyway, Felix still wakes two or three times during the night for a bottle, so I have been using this time to find all sorts of inspiring people and photos (on my phone) to get myself back into the swing of being me.  One of the people that I love is Rachel Castle from Castle and Things.  I would have loved to do her screen printing class at The School when it comes to Brisbane, but Ava gets quite upset if I'm not there to pick her up from school and that's okay.

I also love Harvest Workroom and one weekend I'm going to sneak down and do their Learn To Screen Print In A Day course.  Ava just adores Ash and loves going everywhere with him when he's home.  So, we think we could distract her long enough for me to fly down to Melbourne for the day.

I think for now though, I will just have to settle for the beautiful Print Workshop book.  Ash also bought me a squeegee and screen a few years ago for my birthday and I really want to start using them.  So, I'm going to print something really simple (like a circle) and I will post it here soon.  Fingers crossed.  xx
