Casper and the Post Office
A little while ago, I discovered a new blog call thirteen red shoes. It has lots of amazing things to read and so many fun things to do. One of the fun things is a postcard exchange for kids called The Love Postcard | Postcard Love Project and kids get to send postcards to other little ones around the world.
I loved this idea so much and have been looking for something new to do with the girls, so I ordered some postcards from Draw Me a Lion and in the first week of school holidays, I took the girls on an adventure to post their postcards. The girls have never been on a bus, so we caught a bus to the post office (which is just a few streets away) and while waiting at the bus stop, we met a beautiful soft, playful little cat that lives across the road from the bus stop. The girls named her Casper.

It was actually a great way to spend the morning with the girls and to teach them about Australia Post.
