Planet Cake

I bought this book the other day.  It's by Paris Cutler who owns an amazing cake shop in Sydney called Planet Cake.  I just love it.  I have always wanted to learn how to use ready-to-roll fondant icing and this book teaches you.  I'm so excited about it.

For two years in a row, I planned Ava's birthday party at the last minute and I never want to be that stressed again.  So, I have started planning Piper's birthday party four months in advance. I have already ordered her decorations.  I would love to make Piper this Giant Cupcake cake, but I think I will practise with something like these.  I have an idea of what I would like Piper's cake to be, but I will need some practise first.
