Jo xxox

It's been a little bit roddy around here lately.  We have missed Ash alot and I often find Ava standing in front of his photos on the fridge just staring at his face and giving him a kiss.  Piper however, keeps ripping his photos off the fridge, screwing them up and putting them in the bin.  I think she's mad at him.  They always used to share a bowl of cereal together in the morning.  So far, he's been covered in pasta sauce, vegemight and dog food.  If she sees me getting him out of the bin, she gets super mad.   He is coming home, just not for a few more weeks.
Anyway, it's not all sad, especially when you received beautiful parcels in the mail like this:

The pink heart is an origami heart that Jo made.  It's soooo beautiful and the yellow flower is a brooch from a lady in Hobart who spins and felts her own wool from the sheep on her farm.  (The only reason I know that, is because the beautiful Jo told me in her note)  

Thank you Jo, it's gorgeous things like this that make you such a beautiful friend to have.  xxox
